South American Journey at Twos and Threes Hideaway Our gastronomic tour of South America included Feijoada (a traditional Brazilian beef and beans stew), Argentine-style beef steak with a spicy chimichurri sauce, and Papa a la Huancaina (a Peruvian potato dish with a creamy chilli dressing).

We served three different kinds of Pisco (white Peruvian brandy) and included a sweet course with the aptly-named Bien me Sabe ("Tastes good to me").

The weather allowed us to serve the first three courses in the gardens at Twos and Threes Hideaway, where our guests were able to try the Sapo game (featuring a wide-mouthed frog), admire the South American tableaus and meet two very friendly Alpacas.
