This menu featured cuisine from the southern states of the USA: Clam chowder, Louisiana-style chicken with cornbread muffins, BBQ ribs and slow-cooked beef brisket, with succotash and boozy baked beans.
The menu also included tasting shots of six different Jack Daniel's whiskey, each paired with different courses throughout the evening. Jack Daniel's whiskey was also a part of the welcome cocktail. Tasting notes on all the whiskeys were provided.
Cheese wafer moustaches were indeed provided for the ladies - and everybody else!
